This photo is of the east coast of Canada, where I grew up as a child. It reminds me of the powerful waves of life events, which can often feel overwhelming. We struggle, at times, to navigate to a calm place and to identify what feels healthy and meaningful to us in our current world.
The process of psychotherapy is like a lighthouse beacon. It can shed light on our difficulties and struggles as well as help us to identify our strengths and resources. In this way, it can aid in our understanding of what is best for us, both personally and in our relationships with others.
All of my appointments are via VirtualCare, a Telehealth platform used by hospitals & other medical professionals.
I work with adults, using an extensive integrative, trauma-informed, and client-focussed approach based on your concerns and goals for psychotherapy. An initial complementary 15-minute phone consultation is available, if you wish.
